A 15-year-old insurance platform built on deprecated technology was becoming impossible to maintain. Finding developers was nearly impossible, and every change carried significant risk. The client needed to modernize without disrupting their 24/7 operations.
Our Solution
We employed the Strangler Fig pattern, gradually replacing legacy components with modern microservices. Azure Kubernetes Service provided scalable, containerized deployment. RabbitMQ enabled asynchronous processing of claims and policies. Both systems ran in parallel during the transition.
